Your Contribution:
1. You define, develop, and implement a comprehensive QA strategy to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
2. You select appropriate test automation tools and frameworks, ensuring their implementation and continuous optimization.
3. You analyze existing processes and practices to identify improvement potentials in quality assurance and test automation.
4. You implement CI/CD pipelines to automate test and release processes, ensuring that automated tests are efficiently executed and monitored.
5. You mentor QA team members, conduct training sessions, and work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure the integration of all quality requirements into the overall process.
What you bring along:
1. You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in software development and quality assurance.
3. You possess in-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test management, and test automation.
4. You have experience using modern test automation tools.
5. You have a deep understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), as well as excellent analytical skills and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
