In this role, you will: Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for entities across various geographies, with a focus on the UK and EMEA regions, including localization of proposal resources. Study and understand prospects’ needs and develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market. Ensure compliance with prospects’ requirements. Effectively handle multiple proposals in a high-performance and fast-paced environment. Work with Samsara subject matter experts and account executives to tailor responses to each prospect. Use and maintain the RFP knowledge base and ensure content is continuously updated. Take ownership and responsibility for the entire RFP process for private evaluators. Debrief with sales teams and use feedback to provide recommendations for process improvements. On a case-by-case basis, collaborate with other functional teams on side projects. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role: English & French fluency ( mandatory requirement ). A Bachelor’s degree (Technical Writing, Business Strategy, English, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines) or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of project management experience. Strong cross-collaboration skills. High-level writing skills to author and edit technical content. An ideal candidate also has: Experience with AI tools. Fluency in other languages (German and Spanish).
