Purpose
As Director of Growth Marketing, you'll drive our product-led growth strategy and lead initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You'll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, combining data-driven decision-making with creative growth initiatives to scale Rebrandly’s link management solutions across diverse industries.
About You:
You're a strategic and hands-on growth marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You have a proven track record of driving significant growth through product-led initiatives and a passion for experimentation. You're equally comfortable diving deep into data analysis and crafting high-level growth strategies. Most importantly, you're an autonomous self-starter who can transform ideas into impactful results.
What You’ll Do:
1. Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue
2. Lead end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis development through implementation and analysis
3. Own key metrics, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
4. Develop and optimize our product-led growth funnel through continuous testing and iteration
5. Build and execute data-driven customer segmentation strategies
6. Lead website optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates across the user journey
7. Create and implement strategic content and SEO initiatives that drive organic growth
8. Establish testing frameworks and growth processes that can scale with the company
9. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
10. Build and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:
1. 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS
2. Proven track record of driving growth through product-led initiatives
3. Strong expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
4. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
5. Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnel optimization
6. Proven ability to develop and execute successful content and SEO strategies
7. Experience building and leading high-performing teams
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
While It’s Not Required, It’s An Added Plus If You Also Have:
1. Experience in link management, URL shortening, or related SaaS products
2. MBA or advanced degree in a related field
3. Experience with PLG growth marketing in both B2B and B2C environments
4. Knowledge of programming or technical skills (SQL, Python, HTML/CSS)
5. Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
6. History of speaking at industry conferences or publishing thought leadership content
