Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Division Controlling and central contact for a division in GEA Group
2. Regular comparison of target and actual performance, monitoring of the division's revenue and cost development as well as results
3. Participation in review meetings
4. Support of operating units in Germany and abroad
5. Preparation of monthly management reporting and conduct performance reviews
6. Participation in the creation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports
7. Ad hoc requests and special analyses
8. Support of the planning process
9. Conceptional development and optimization of processes and tools in Division Controlling
10. Provide controlling support for global projects and act as special matter expert
Your Profile / Qualifications
11. Academic degree in Economics (Bachelor's or Master's degree), ideally with focus on Controlling or a related field
12. First experience in a comparable position in an international group or consulting company
13. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
14. First experience in designing reports, presentations and dashboards
15. Independent, structured and proactive way of working
16. Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
17. Pronounced ability to work in a team
18. Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel and PPT, experience with SAP desirable
19. Fluent in German and English language, both written and spoken
