We are a team of data analysts at PAYBACK's Munich office who love the challenge of working with exciting data, innovative models and the latest technologies. Together with our teams in Warsaw, we support our PAYBACK partners and business units.
As an experienced Analytics Account Manager, you will advise our PAYBACK partners and business units based on insights generated from the data so that they can achieve their program goals in the best possible way.

YOUR TASKS
* You are responsible for the analytical support and further development of business units, channels and partners
* You analyze complex data with the aim of providing our partners with the best possible advice on both operational and strategic issues
* You consult partners and business units on reports in our self-service tools and constantly look for opportunities for automation
* You are involved in the entire campaign process - from planning and targeting to cross-channel evaluation
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a very good degree with a quantitative focus, e.g. business administration, economics, statistics, computer science, applied mathematics or related qualification
* You have several years of professional experience in consulting or analytics, ideally in Customer Insights or CRM
* You have excellent analytical skills, a good understanding of data structures and enjoy data-driven work
* You have strong organizational skills and are able to maintain an overview in different situations
* You are innovative, creative and a team player
* You are proactive and have a high level of self-motivation
* You have a confident manner and excellent communication skills
* Good German and English skills round off your profile
