Du bist ein strategischer Denker mit kreativem Kopf und ganzheitlich verantwortlich für die Planung, Konzeption, operative Umsetzung, Analyse und Optimierung unserer Paid Kampagnen in DACH.
Aufgaben:
* You are responsible for the planned Paid Budget and coordinate the different Paid Advertising Channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
* You develop strong ad concepts and conversion-optimized landing pages to win new customers for our platform.
* You design multi-step email marketing campaigns and trigger-based marketing automation workflows, set them up operationally and work continuously on their optimization.
* You work data-driven, define success metrics and analyze your KPIs.
Anforderungen:
* You have at least 3-5 years of experience in online / performance marketing, preferably in the paid advertising area.
* You have a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable paid ads strategies in B2B and / or B2B areas.
* You know the levers of success to scale the performance of your paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and sustainably optimize conversion costs and rates.
* In addition to paid advertising, you also bring practical experience in the field of email marketing or marketing automation.
