The section Global IT Controlling (GITC) is responsible for the global IT planning (budget-, staff and mid-term planning), the allocation of IT cost (internal and external) as well as the regular monitoring of global IT cost. We are looking to fill a position in our operations team.
YOUR JOB
1. Handling and improving the quarterly IT invoicing process from Munich Re AG (MRAG) to all Group Entities
2. Expert user for GRIPA (Global Receivable Processing Application) and GCAP (Global Cost Allocation Portal) in alignment with accounting standards (review of input data based on price catalogue and consumption, creating and sending out of IT invoices)
3. Supporting accounting related questions of the Group entities receiving the IT invoices from MRAG
4. Contact for TAX / AUDIT / VAT related questions for IT charges
5. Driving the Global IT Pricing process together with the relevant stakeholder (IT and business units)
6. Supporting the quarterly closing process of our Munich Re Munich (MRM) IT service company in terms of accruals, project accounting and intercompany charge backs
7. Supporting the IT Planning process especially in the intercompany charging and consolidation area
8. Master data Management: Approval and creation of cost centres (products and projects)
9. Creation of reposting’s in SAP CO in alignment with our customer
10. Identifying and analysing trends and developments, as well as deriving appropriate recommendations
YOUR PROFILE
11. University degree in an economics discipline or information technologies.
12. Several years of experience in IT and/or finance.
13. Sound knowledge of SAP/CO, SAP BW, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
14. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
15. Ability to depict complex topics in a clear and simple manner.
16. Highly proactive approach, strong commitment and assertiveness.
17. Strong and convincing communicator, highly skilled in dealing with multiple interfaces, especially in international organisations.
18. Pronounced client and service orientation.
19. Fluent business English
