Will you be the next to join us? What you will work on This is not the “Empowered PM” role that Marty Cagan pitches you in his books. We are looking for someone who is humble, hardworking, and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done - especially the “unsexy” but absolutely critical jobs that make great products happen: Document product specs (PRDs, flows, edge cases, etc.) so the entire product squad speaks the same language Build hacky prototypes & prepare test accounts for user testing and Conduct lots of product testing and bug bashing Handle data requests/cleaning and translations Make sure product analytics and tracking work well Triage CS tickets, ensure urgent user issues are resolved Aggregate and clean user insights/feedback into actionable data Ensure product and engineering routines run efficiently … Prove that you can do the nitty gritty part of the job incredibly well and we will beg you to grow into a fully fledged PM who can own parts of our platform end-to-end.
