As Senior Project Manager – Implementation (Interim) at realworld one, you will be responsible for driving the successful rollout and adoption of our extended reality (XR) solutions within our customers' organizations. Through detailed planning, hands-on coordination, and a commitment to high-quality execution, you'll ensure each project phase aligns with customer expectations and operational goals. Acting as direct support for customer teams, you'll focus on developing and executing tailored implementation strategies that achieve immediate, tangible results and create a foundation for long-term success. Responsibilities Manage the project implementation and onboarding process with an emphasis on meeting project goals, staying on schedule, and providing a seamless, positive customer experience. Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to assess and prepare infrastructure – including network, hardware, and other prerequisites – for effective XR deployment. Conduct remote and onsite training sessions to equip customer teams with the skills needed to use our solutions independently, establishing a foundation for ongoing success. Monitor solution performance by tracking usage and collecting customer feedback, making necessary adjustments to ensure operational efficiency and solution effectiveness. Support the continuous improvement of our implementation service by documenting best practices, refining processes, and updating delivery methods for enhanced project execution. Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field; an MBA or master's degree is a plus. 4 years of post-graduate work experience with a proven track record in project implementation and operational success. Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm. Hands-on project management skills, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Practical understanding of the Life Sciences industry, particularly within Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a strong advantage. Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on delivering tangible customer value with every project.
