About this Position
An exciting full-time internship in the German Sales Team for B2C Adhesives, you'll have a unique opportunity to experience the dynamic world of sales within the FMCG sector. You get to work and support directly in sales strategies, customer relationship management and market analysis gaining valuable work experience and insights that will help you for the rest of your career.
What you´ll do
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive products, and analyze the data to provide insights for sales strategies
* Manage customer interactions and support relationships through communication and problem-solving
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting
* Assist in preparing sales presentations and individual customer promotion offers
* Analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement, recommending actionable strategies
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and understanding of the industry
* Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives and contribute to integrated campaigns and promotions
* Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and compile market research findings into reports and presentations for stakeholders
* Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors while pursuing professional growth and skill development
What makes you a good fit
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing or a related field
* Prior internship or work experience in sales or marketing would be a plus
* Fluent in spoken and written German for client engagement, English language skills are a plus for internal communication
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently or in teams, with a passion for the FMCG industry and sales

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
