Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and distribution of products to international clients and sales partners Provide support and maintain direct communication with international sales partners, and when necessary, with doctors and operating room staff. Negotiate pricing agreements. Participate in and support trade fairs, congresses, and customer events. Collaborate closely with our customer service, marketing, and brand management teams to ensure optimal customer service. Assist in order processing for international clients and sales partners. Conduct country-specific market analyses. Track, process, and monitor sales figures. Qualifications & Experience Completed studies or vocational training in a commercial, optical, or technical field (e.g., B.Sc. Business Administration, Merchant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/w/d), Optician (m/w/d), Master Optician (m/w/d), B.Sc. Optics/Optometry, B.Sc./B.Eng. Industrial Engineering). At least 5 years of experience in international sales within the EMEA region, specifically in ophthalmology. High willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence. Independent, reliable, and precise working style. Strong service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation.
