Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. You will support the development and implementation of global processes related to people and talent management with the support of data, reporting, analysis and robotic process automation.
2. You will create together with us reports and dashboards on various business intelligence tools/platforms (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.) and work with us to pave the way to increasingly impactful data analytics to steer HR processes and decision making.
3. You will be able to assume responsibility for your own work products and contribute to project teams developing leading HR and technology solutions
4. You receive personal mentoring as part of your working student activities for continuous personal development
Your qualifications and experience:
5. You are studying business informatics, business studies, data science, data/business analytics, economics or related fields and you are at least for one year available
6. You have a good basis working with data analysis and visualization (e.g. good MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.)
7. Ideally, you are familiar with Power Query and capable of building data model with data from multiple sources
Your attributes and skills:
8. You have very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
9. You are keen and curious to learn more about various aspects of HR/People Analytics
10. You love working in intercultural teams and like to bring in your motivation, initiative, and creativity
11. You work in a structured way that allows you to meet deadlines and schedules
