You will be part of a rapidly growing team that is committed to innovation, excellence, and making a difference in the world of healthcare. - As the Head of Global HP Services Planning & Validation, you will: - Create and constantly maintain a repository of all upcoming service opportunities. - Prioritize those opportunities that address a clear business need, garner high interest from key stakeholders, and are worth pursuing from a Global HP Services perspective. - Develop high-quality, global business cases based on an in-depth understanding of the current situation and quantified future scenarios for new ways of working leveraging Global HPS. - Ensure that these business cases are endorsed by future customers and are readily available to facilitate decision-making during budget season, as well as outlook and long-term forecast discussions. - Hand over approved business cases to Services Development, ensuring that the mechanics of the case are fully understood and operationalized. Requirements The ideal candidate for the Head of Global HP Services Planning & Validation position should have: - A Bachelor´s degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or a similar field. Post-graduate education such as a Master or MBA is a plus - Education in Lean Six Sigma, Process Management, Design Thinking, or similar fields is advantageous - A comprehensive and cross-functional understanding of Pharma, Life Sciences, or Global Services with a good background in Marketing, Medical, Consulting, Sourcing, Finance, or Engineering is required - Relevant work experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry, Global Business Services, Finance, Business Analytics, or Sourcing - Experience as a Solution Design and Business Modeling Expert in a shared services or BPO organization or a similar entity - Experience in scouting and innovating new services, processes, and technologies, such as Digital Transformation - A solid understanding of Process Mapping, Process Management, and quantifying future Process and Solution Designs, as well as the mechanics of Global Outsourcing and Offshoring activities - The ability to collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional colleagues and other key stakeholders - A deep understanding of Sourcing Processes and External Spend Analytics - A solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude - The ability to solve problems and manage escalations effectively and in a timely manner - Advanced communication and negotiation skills fluency in English Ready to contact us?
