Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Develop and steer the strategy and marketing direction for Fashion and streetwaer product collaborations across Ftw, App, Acc according to the overarching BU and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Steer STATEMENT vision, strategic objectives/actions and the financial targets.
* Lead the statement creation team culture towards Statement North Star – pioneer the edge of industry with culture guardians, creating products nobody has seen but authentic and unexpected.
* Manage the partner portfolio and projects towards the highest culture credible impact across fashion, ENG and Consortium.
* Manage industry network and bring the insights to build up the best outcome for the brand
* Lead and steer the product creation process in close relationship with Design, Development, and deliver the outcome for key creation milestones
* Act as a cross-functional marketing team captain across design, development, GTM, Comms, finance, build up strong partnership with them.
* Steer and lead the creation teams across HZO Fashion, HZO ENG & Consortium and TKO
* Set specific KPI under statement strategy and manage the activities.
* Build strong relationship with top FI accounts to get their insight and deliver the relevant offer
* Staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with HR.
* Set personal objectives, guidelines and assess all direct reports.
* Develop functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job.
* Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting objectives, targets and guidelines to ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces.
* Identify and prepare talents in the respective Business Unit for career progression within the adidas organization.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate level Marketing
* Min. 5 years of sport product creation experience
* Min. 9 years of progressive experience in SGI on management level
* Min. 4 years leadership of diverse & global teams in a matrix organization
* Proven track record in Marketing
