Job Description As a Commercial Strategy Specialist within AVIV Group’s Go-to-Market Strategy Department, you will be responsible for driving growth in the resale real estate market segment for Immowelt & Immonet. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market potential. Your responsibilities Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your market segment, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Value Proposition Development: Enhance revenue opportunities by designing and optimizing value propositions. Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement market entry and expansion strategies, overseeing new offering launches. Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Pricing. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze real estate and digital trends, developing benchmarking strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to boost audience acquisition and retention. External Representation: Elevate segment visibility through PR initiatives and industry events.
