Responsibilities:
1. Lead the employees in line with our Guidelines for Leadership and Teamwork with the aim of supporting their personal development, achieving goals, fulfilling operative tasks professionally and on schedule and ensuring above-average performance
2. Extend success throughout the organisation and increase success in the Regions with the team members
3. Functional management of the employees in the Klüber subsidiaries to generate success in the Region
Qualifications:
4. Leader with expertise and methodological competence, capable of entrepreneurial thinking and acting, ability to motivate and encourage employees to achieve top performance
5. Degree in engineering or business engineering or equivalent knowledge obtained in practice
6. Ideally several years of experience in sales; entrepreneurial personality with professional customer focus
7. Tribo-engineering competence
8. Goal-oriented, convincing and internationally minded; work experience abroad; experience in a leadership role with employees and turnover/budget responsibility OR experience in the functional management of employees
9. Ability to present Klüber products and services in a convincing way and sell them with the required high degree of creativity
10. Ability to mobilise KLÜBER’s resources to meet sales targets
11. Excellent command of English and high willingness to travel
