The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.
Contribute to Profitable Growth:
1. Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
2. Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
3. Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities
4. Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while enduring profitability and understanding and containing risk
Client Engagement:
5. Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
6. Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
7. Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement
8. Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; Secure client references
Operational Excellence:

10. Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:
17. 10+ years of Cloud professional services experience with 4+ years of proven track record in leadership roles
18. Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with delivery, business development and sales success and growth
19. Experience buildingrelationships with senior C-level and IT executives; creating referenceable customers
20. Ability to lead with a consultative approach to identify and create demand cross all of Kyndryl capabilities. Work in tandem with the Customer Partner on the account.
21. Hands-on experience in leading and driving deals to closure through consultative approach and personal eminence.
22. Experience with end-to-end engagement from identification, solutioning, closure and delivery as well as personally being billable on customer engagements
23. Proven creation, definition and development of Consult patterns and subsequent presentations for Cloud Migration and Modernization
24. Experienced in establishing and leading a Consult organization
25. Proven track record in winning and leading Land- and Expand Projects in Germany

27. Possesses strong architecture methodologies in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions with industry and business skills to influence clients and sell Kyndryl solutions. Requires expertise in Hyperscale’s, being a certified professional
28. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
29. Works closely with customers to understand their goals, needs and constraints, establish the vision, convert business and technicalrequirements into architectural designs with an emphasis on integrating Hybrid and Multi cloud environments
30. Experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions
31. Understanding of key business drivers in certain Industries such as Retail, Travel and Transport, Energy, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare
32. Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or Cloud resources and capabilities
33. Ability to apply competitive insights specific to Kyndryl’s Cloud Practice professional services (also understand AWS, Azure, GCP solution engineering/collaboration/partnering concepts).
