3. As an engineering manager, you will combine your technical proficiency with effective management. Lead the pursuit of technical excellence while fostering the professional growth of your team members

Your Profile
8. Have working experience building and further developing team of technical people
9. Have working experience in operational technology harmonization
10. Have technical understanding in IT Security technologies based on Microsoft Technology (e.g. Active Directory, EntraID, PKI,…)
11. Have end user experience focused mindset
12. Ability to lead, develop and inspire people
13. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
14. Deep understanding of large-scale corporate operations
15. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
16. Excellent communication skills in English
