You will be responsible for:- Assist the team in educating clients and agencies about our product solutions and best practices, ultimately contributing to the growth of existing business. Additionally, help manage relationships with key clients and agency partners in various domains (media, creative, marketing).- Establish scalable processes for our expanding Client Solutions Management team.- Evaluate campaign performance data to provide clients with data-driven business insights, using these insights to enhance our advertising offerings.- Conduct regular business reviews, adopting a consultative, long-term approach to foster productive relationships with clients, in close collaboration with the sales team.- Oversee custom programs or sponsorships in collaboration with internal departments, leading custom content campaigns to ensure timely distribution and delivery of assets.- Initiate campaigns with clients and oversee all timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization.- Act as a product consultant, imparting knowledge to clients and agencies regarding our product solutions and best practices to foster the growth of existing business partnerships.- Collaborate with a diverse array of internal cross-functional teams to help identify, develop, and implement creative ad solutions that are grounded in achieving measurable business results for client partners.- Investigate and collaborate directly with international product and engineering teams to assist in resolving client issues during a campaign.- Collaborate with the XFN teams to ensure the accuracy of ad specifications and rates, while also taking responsibility for campaign reporting and optimization.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least 5 years experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media.- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.- Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills.- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience having worked with clients in the TV and Streaming industry.- Experience in working with and advising both app and web eCommerce businesses.- Proven success in a rapidly changing environment.
