For our office Hamburg we are looking for a (Senior) Manager Structuring (f/m/d) Your responsibilities Tailored d esign of r enewable e nergy p rojects: As (Senior) Manager Structuring, you will create customized finan cing and holding solutions for renewable energy projects aligned with specific requirements of international investors. Focused on wind, hydropower, PV and battery storage you will be an essential player in global energy transition. Legal framework and tax o ptimization: Together with our inhouse tax and legal experts you will navigate through complex tax and legal framework and risk considerations specific to renewable energy projects. Your expertise, creativity and ability to think “ outs i de the box ” will ensure efficient structuring of new projects while maximizing benefits for investors. Restructuring of existing projects : Additionally, you will be responsible for restructuring of existing projects and portfolios considering changing market conditions. This includes all types of restructuring measures e.g. refinancing, sales, mergers and liquidations of renewable energy projects. Collaboration a cross t eams: As (Senior) Manager Structuring you will work in close collaboration with investment team s, legal and tax experts as well as project development experts in direct reporting line to Team Head Asset Structuring. Your qualifications Graduate in economics, law, or similar Solid knowledge of tax and/or investment law, and qualification as a tax adviser is an advantage min 5 years of professional experience at a fund management company, bank, leading law firm, or consultancy Open, flexible, resilient personality Strong analytical and conceptual abilities The ability to work in a team, take initiative, and an outstanding ability to learn Willingness to take responsibility for projects High-quality standards and strong communication skills Fluent in English, German preferred
