Role description As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to our global Head of People and Culture and be a key asset in driving forward our recruitment operations. Your innovative approach will ensure that we attract top-tier candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and continuously optimising our process. As topic expert, you will contribute your know-how through facilitating interview trainings, initiating projects like referral program and salary benchmarking, as well as ensuring the smooth set-up and usage of our ATS. Your Mission Gain in-depth knowledge – Gain in-depth knowledge of our diverse portfolio of roles, from production staff to flavorists, to engineers and procurement experts. Proactively source – Proactively source candidates through various channels to identify the best potential fits for our company. Conduct candidate screenings – Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and suitability, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Follow standardized processes – Follow standardized hiring processes to streamline talent acquisition efforts across different departments and locations. Create question catalogues – Create comprehensive question catalogues to ensure consistent and effective candidate evaluations during interviews. Train hiring managers – Train hiring managers on our processes, effective interview techniques, and best practices. Create documentation – Create documentation about our standardized processes and actively contribute suggestions for improvements with the team.
