THE ROLE & THE TEAM As an Operative Procurement Specialist - Non-Merchandising (all genders) you will be part of the Finance Operations P2P Operative Procurement team responsible for the operational activities of indirect (non-merchandising) goods and services procurement in close collaboration with respective Business Units. In this very exciting role you will be working closely with various stakeholders across different business areas. In addition, you will bring P2P expertise, lead operational buying activities and you will have the opportunity to get insights on Indirect Procurement. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) You will procure goods and services for orders ≦150k€ in close alignment with the respective requestor(s) and provide regular status on your projects and deliver impactful results. You will bring expertise in operational buying which including collecting offers, negotiating terms and conditions and advice on vendor selection You are accountable for executing the Request-to-Order and Vendor Onboarding processes flawlessly within the framework of the policy for indirect goods and services You consult on P2P products, e.g. eCatalogs, vCards, Marketplaces, Blanket POs, One Time Vendor and drive implementation of efficiency measures.
