Content Strategy Leads play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with audiences across different languages. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Spanish content - whether ad campaigns, website copy or user communication - is both culturally relevant and engaging for our target language markets. This role is part of the Headout Localization Team, which oversees the adaptation of marketing, website, and product content into multiple languages to enhance user experience worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will collaborate with language managers and operations and project leads to ensure high-quality, impactful localization. As a specialist in this team, you refine content strategies, craft UX-focused copy, and implement SEO best practices to maximize visibility and performance. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to optimize content and track performance metrics. With a strong foundation in SEO, data analysis, and user behavior insights, you’ll play a crucial role in improving the impact of our localized content. Own the strategy for localized Spanish content, ensuring that our messaging is impactful, culturally relevant, and optimized for user experience. Craft engaging UX and marketing copy in Spanish that aligns with brand voice and enhances usability. Conduct audits and SEO localized content to improve organic traffic and rankings. Analyze user behavior trends and performance data to refine content and marketing strategies. Implement A/B testing, evaluate performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion and engagement. Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to integrate localization efforts seamlessly and enhance efficiency. Develop a strategic roadmap to drive growth and user retention. Who are we looking for? Native Spanish speaker with excellent English speaking and writing skills. 5 years of experience in marketing translation, localization, or UX writing. Expertise in translation/localization tools, with knowledge of CAT tools and design localization workflows. Data-driven mindset, preferably with experience analyzing content performance metrics using Looker, Mixpanel, or similar tools. SEO and performance marketing knowledge to optimize content for search and engagement. Strong project management skills to ensure efficient content localization, aligned with business goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and influencing cross-team processes.
