Purpose
As a Content Publisher at adidas you are accountable for a specific area of publishing services within DBC. For this purpose, you will drive the publication of text, video, image and audio elements to the adidas websites and applications, ensuring that adidas’ quality standards are met. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within your scope of responsibility, ensuring timely publication of campaigns, projects or consumer engagement programs to digital platforms. Additionally, you will continuously monitor the publishing processes within your area of responsibility, identify opportunities for improvement and design respective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Management / Publishing
Publish brand content for consumption across all digital platforms, using CMS tools or briefing content to the operator.
Collaborate with stakeholders in scope at global and market level to ensure timely publication of campaigns, projects or consumer engagement programs.
Lead tasks within assigned content publishing projects throughout successful delivery end-to-end.
* Continuous Optimization
Monitor and review service levels and productivity of the delivered content publishing services.
Introduce and apply methods that allow to continuously improve team efficiency and level of service to BUs and brand.
Identify process and technical improvement opportunities as a key user of content management systems.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders from other functions, collect feedback and implement service improvements.
Improve processes, contribute to guidelines and design/share best practices

Train global and local teams in content management and operations.
Consult agencies, BUs and markets regarding templated content activations.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
* University degree in business administration or comparable field
* 5+ years of professional experience in multi-national business environment (thereof 2+ year experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment)
* Experience with Content Management System for marketing campaigns (experience with SDL Tridion highly advantageous)
* Experience of launching digital content across a global organization
* Experience of publishing workflows and translation processes
* Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives
