Position Information
As a Sales Manager, you will drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Kiron Digital Learning Solutions (KDLS). Your focus will be on outreach, sales, and client relationship management to scale our business branches. Collaborating with management, product teams, and marketing, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and strengthen internal sales processes. While in-house expertise is still growing, you will be supported by a dedicated team.

Your Tasks
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for KDLS.
* Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to grow our client base.
* Build and manage a successful sales funnel, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Create efficient internal processes for client acquisition and management.
* Collaborate with internal teams (management, product, marketing) to align sales goals with business objectives.
* Track and report on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, closing, and sales.
* Strong understanding of how to build and manage a successful sales funnel in a team environment.
* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
