Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality support while meeting SLAs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Office 365, networking, and Active Directory.
* Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage.
* Native-level Polish and fluency in English.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
