BioPharmaSpec is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive (m/f/d). This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development and is crucial for supporting the company's commercial goals and growth through sales and marketing activities.

Your Main Tasks
* Research customer and market trends under the guidance of the Business Development team to shape marketing campaigns
* Develop and implement campaigns aligned with our services and target markets
* Write and review content for campaigns and the website
* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
* Assist in organizing and following up with conferences and events
* Manage and update social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
* Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., Salesforce and Mailchimp)
* Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of BioPharmaSpec's services
* Maintain excellent relationships with other departments and involve scientific colleagues as needed
* Proactive customer service
* Tailor presentations of BioPharmaSpec services to client interests
* Coordinate meetings and follow-up communication with prospects
* Respond to incoming inquiries from the BioPharmaSpec website and other marketing activities
Your Profile
* BSc or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing, business, or science)
* Fluent in German and English
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing
* Experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical/medical/contract services industry is beneficial
* Knowledge of a CRM system
* Knowledge of email campaign processes
* Knowledge of WordPress is advantageous
* Experience in B2B social media management
* Design skills
* Innovative and creative thinking
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
