Your responsibilities:
* Via Phone and email you are the first point of contact for our German speaking B2B customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
* You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system
* Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process (eg. order status, delivery times, stocks etc.) will be assisted by you.
* You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospective customers
You bring along:
* You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
* Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories
* You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation
* In addition to a native level of German, you have a good command of written and spoken English.
* Your profile is rounded off by a routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in the use of an ERP system.
