Prüftechnik Non-Destructive Testing is undergoing a transformation to create a new GTMM and is seeking a Global Sales Director. In this role, you will develop a new regional structure with three major hubs: AMERICAS, APAC, and EMEA, which includes Middle East Africa and Turkey (MEAT), Region EU-South (France, Italy, and Iberia), Region EU-North (UK & Ireland, BeNeLux, and Nordic Countries), and Region EU-DACH (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and CEE).
Each region is managed by a hands-on Regional Sales Manager (RSM) along with one or more senior Country Sales Managers who oversee End User / Key Accounts and Partners.
The Global Sales Director collaborates with Regional Managers to promote NDT Solutions, visits key customers, executes strategies, supports closing top opportunities, and plays a key role in regional and internal relations.
The leader is actively involved in daily sales processes across countries to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets aligned with regional growth objectives.
Primary Function / Major Responsibilities:
1. Prepare annual and quarterly regional business plans and manage the sales budget.
2. Develop and implement country sales plans in collaboration with Country Managers to achieve targets and objectives.
3. Manage business based on data and KPIs, with regular reviews and action plans as needed.
4. Implement Value Selling, Challenger sales techniques, and other FBS tools within the team.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
* Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
* Experience in the Non-Destructive Testing Industry.
* Consistent overachievement of sales targets (quarterly/yearly) at the personal or team level.
* Experience working for a publicly listed company or Fortune 500.
* Excellent language skills in German and English (verbal and written).
* Ability to prioritize quickly and focus on critical tasks.
* Willingness to move out of comfort zone and stand alone when necessary.
* Dedication to using FBS tools and Core Value Drivers to design, manage, and measure work.
* Ability to work effectively with various management levels and external partners.
* Structured work approach with strong sales process orientation aimed at double-digit growth.

Residence:
Home office based in Europe or Munich area, with approximately 70% international travel.
