Senior IT Support Representative - End-User Support (m/w/d) Job Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team on-site in Nabern / Germany. Your tasks - Providing local support activities for the Global Service Desk, facilities and corporate IT functions - Deskside, L2 support and other IT support at designated sites - Troubleshoot and provide local support for end users - Act as the local liaison between IT and the business - Providing IT project support as required by the business - Own a secondary technical skill (for example SCCM, Zscaler, Apple devices) - Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents - Provide new starters with correct equipment and guided access to IT resources and ensure leaver equipment is processed correctly - Stock control & inventory & secure hardware disposal - Response time for escalations to Level 2 support within SLAs - Replacement equipment available to meet SLA - Occasionally setup and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at a basic level - Provide vacation / holiday coverage to other in region liaisons - Occasionally on call/standby work during scheduled out of hours IT upgrades Qualifications - Role typically requires 5 years IT experience in a professional capacity - Very good knowledge of Windows client software and Microsoft office - Able to manage priorities under pressure - Desired knowledge of networking, including Wifi, routers, switches, VPN - Secondary technical skill (e.g. Azure AD, endpoint security) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- ability to convey technical information to non technical users successfully - Experience in working in an agile organization that is fast moving and requires a can do attitude - Experience in working across all levels of an organization - Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English - Valid Drivers License.
