Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of high-growth, complex, and strategically important FinTech & PSP customer relationships, maximizing sustainable income and client profitability by providing excellent service and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
2. Develop the portfolio by increasing wallet share and winning new business, leading execution-focused deal teams, and ensuring collaboration across the bank to drive direction, momentum, and project implementation, including complex cash management, FX, and debt.
3. Establish and grow a profile as a recognized subject matter expert within the FinTech and Non-Bank PSPs industry, both internally and externally.
4. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director to explore new markets and clients within the bank's business appetite.
5. Ensure effective risk management across the portfolio of high-risk client types, working as a cohesive team with specialist managers conducting Enhanced Due Diligence reviews. Ensure compliance with mandatory risk policies and procedures related to regulatory, operational, legal risk, financial crime, and credit risk.
6. Seek, share, and embed best practices both nationally and internationally across the FinTech and Non-Bank PSPs global franchise.
Management & Leadership:
7. Act as the gateway to the bank's group and the primary contact point for external clients in the sector, effectively building and fostering relationships with multiple contacts from heads of compliance to C-suite executives.
8. Guide and support more junior team members and support the head of the team in delivering and executing strategic initiatives.
9. Communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently with stakeholders across the bank regarding delivery against objectives. Work closely with key internal stakeholders across various areas, including senior management, investment banking & global markets, financial crime, compliance, cash management, product, global payments, and client servicing, effectively bringing together stakeholders across the bank's divisions.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
15. Completion of the FinTech Training and Accreditation Plan as a priority upon joining to gain specific knowledge of how the bank covers clients in this sector.
16. Experience in leading complex client relationships and/or coverage roles with exposure to complex clients, with demonstrable ability to support such relationships confidently.
17. Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services, particularly those linked to cash management and FX solutions.
18. Credit skills are required.
Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:

20. Understanding of the FinTech and regulated Non-Bank Payment Service Providers market.
