Task Responsibilities:
* Investigate as-is situation and follow the RFP process for global ground transportation
* Support Category Lead in creating a category strategy for catering and ground transportation
* Work on individual projects in relation to travel, transportation or sustainability
* Identify gaps in current catering processes and provide solutions
* Handle accommodation requests for different travel arrangements (long stays, meetings, etc.): hotel sourcing, negotiation, contracting
* Support the designated departments’ specific project needs.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
* Be enrolled in a College or University
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good relationship building skills
* "Can-do" attitude and open mind-set
* Strong Analytical and negotiations skills
* Basic Knowledge of the Procurement and/or Travel process is recommended / Interest in Sustainability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
Working Conditions:
* Position based in Luxembourg
* Temporary intern position
* Duration: 6 to 9 months
* A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
