This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of one year. Job Mission: Drive Kia’s service retention across Europe by improving Kia’s Service online presence in terms of content, functionalities and insights as well as developing master content for targeted, mainly digital communications channels. Your Responsibilities: Evolve and develop Kia’s European Website Platform ( Kia.com Service Section) to enhance owner experiences and generate service leads: Support content management for European master structure for local adaptation. Propose website improvements based on analytics data analysis, benchmark, usage rates, etc. Assure innovative/improved functionalities in KWCMS ( Kia.com ) such as Online Service Booking, Oil selector, etc. Drive business partners to assure timely content and asset availability for car configurator. Performance tracking & develop counter measures with local entities to close the gaps. Constantly monitor and help improve User Interface & Experience. Manage all service content on Kia.com and align with internal and external stakeholders. Pan-European Service Marketing Content Development: Manage campaign processes from agency briefing to content and asset production. Contribute to annual Pan-European content planning based on business needs for aftersales products and services and lead brief and efficient production of content to cater to aftersales related customer touchpoints eg. CRM/1:1 campaigns, Point of Sales, websites Kia.com/MyKia, Newsletter, social media. Build agile creative guidelines and standards to improve quality and efficiency of content production and local implementation. Ensure Kia’s Corporate Identity usage/implementation in aftersales assets across European region. Report and monitor on local implementation/adaptation. Assure a smooth asset management process leveraging existing archiving tools and constantly seek ways to intelligently facilitate asset sharing, usage and management. Represent service marketing’s interest in cross-functional Communications Committees. Service Program: Support in developing new and managing existing service programs such as Service 5 Plus (special services/offers dedicated to customers with vehicles more than 5 years old) and pre-paid maintenance program. Monitor and report on service programs KPIs. Support the development of internal and dealer communications to support existing/new Aftersales programs. Tracking and performance: Together with Manager, define strategic service marketing KPIs and develop respective tableau dashboards mock ups, to improve tracking tools. Improvement proposals based on available tracking data and follow up by setting up regular meetings with markets for guidance, best practice sharing & gap closure actions. Your Talents: Undergraduate Degree/ Bachelor (ideally in communications, design and/or advertising). Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in an automotive related aftermarket industry or digital advertising consultancy. Very good knowledge and understanding of marketing communications and digital platforms. Understanding digital tracking tools such as Google or Adobe analytics. Digital savviness on front and backend. Analytical mindset & performance orientation. Strong project management skills. Directing agency partners & suppliers. Presentation skills. Fluent in English.
