Your Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze energy consumption, costs, and demand (electricity, gas, heat), prepare data, and monitor KPIs (e.g., Power BI)
2. Support tenders, contract comparisons, market analyses, and procurement activities
3. Prepare supplier meetings and price negotiations
4. Perform operational energy management tasks including documentation, reporting, and data maintenance using tools like SAP, Coupa, and energy market databases
5. Collaborate with the team and participate in meetings and projects
Your Qualifications
6. Ongoing studies in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields
7. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
8. Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
9. Basic procurement experience with foundational knowledge of energy markets, pricing, regulations, and Power BI
10. Strong analytical skills, structured and organized working style
11. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
