Client Management & Sales Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the medical device industry. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Develop tailored proposals for testing services, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Identify and target new clients to expand the customer base. Business Development Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, R&D) to identify opportunities for new services. Present the lab’s services to potential customers, focusing on how they align with regulatory requirements and client needs. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the lab’s capabilities. Service Alignment Coordinate with laboratory teams in Germany and other locations (e.g., Munich, Milan, Barcelona) to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated to the technical teams. Reporting & Analytics Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, pipeline development, and market trends. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.
