Join our global Intellectual PropertyTeam and support us as a Patent Manager Patent Litigation(f/m/d). Aufgaben You will handle the patent related support fornew product launches as well as for existing products. Thisincludes processing and responding to validity inquiries orcease and desist letters from rights holders, as well ascoordinating the filing of protective letters. You will workalongside our external patent attorneys to challenge third partytechnical rights by coordinating nullity, cancellation, andEuropean opposition proceedings. In the event of interiminjunction proceedings and patent infringement lawsuits, you willtake charge of the defense in collaboration with our externalpatent and legal counsel. You will prepare decision makers formarket launches that involve patent related risks. Additionally,you will be responsible for processing settlement agreements andlicense agreements. You will develop defense strategies andstrategies for introducing patent critical new products. Profil Acompleted degree in chemistry or pharmacy is required. Ideally,you should be a qualified patent attorney or patent assessor. Itwould be an advantage if you have passed the European QualifyingExamination. Experience and strong knowledge of European andGerman patent law are essential. You should have experience and asolid understanding of patent litigation. Previous professionalexperience in the patent department of an industrial company wouldbe ideal. A meticulous, reliable, dedicated, and independentworking style is important to us. You should possess a sense ofresponsibility and the ability to work in a team. Proficiency inEnglish, both written and spoken, is required.
