KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Products Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day The Industrial Cyber Security Expert (f/m/d) is an integral part in our process and ensures cybersecurity in the OT (Operational Technologies) environment of manufacturing. You will work in a global environment and collaborate with people from multiple countries on a daily bases. You will support, consult and guide the colleagues in the factories with your experience. How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Define secure manufacturing principles and support the development of secure manufacturing IT and OT infrastructure.
8. Translate IT/OT governance policies and controls into customized implementation measures.
9. Define the cybersecurity needs and demands from the factories
10. Specification and maintenance of configuration and hardening guidelines ( for SE products and third-party components and manufacturing equipment)
11. Synchronize adequately with relevant functions and organizations (GT ICS, SE CYS/IT, Digitalization GPO, etc.) to ensure that IT/OT-infrastructures for manufacturing, production, and product development environments are sufficiently secure
12. Provide guidance to the relevant teams/departments and produce/review documentation, related to product & solution development, engineering and manufacturing phases/processes ( requirements specification, architecture and design, implementations, test cases, user documentation)
What You Bring
13. Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of IT security, or simillar experience in the field of IT and OT
14. Computer science or electrical engineering specialising in IT security
15. Manufacturing Infrastructure incl. IT/OT Security technologies and concepts ( IIoT, Connected Factory, OT HW + sensors…)
16. Risk based approaches ( Threat and Risk Analysis)
17. Incident and vulnerability handling
18. International or national standards and regulations for IT/OT Security Standards, Legal issues
19. User centric communication ( with shopfloor)
20. Value and solution driven
21. Experience with stakeholder management
