Our work serves the goal of improving healthcare by ensuring that the necessary information is available anytime and anywhere.
Your responsibilities:
* Own and manage the Quality Management System for the designated department
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes
* Ensure compliance with all relevant ISO standards, company standards, and legal requirements including GDPR and C5
* Train, support and guide the team in documenting and maintaining lean processes and agile best practices
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Your qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Software Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience as a Quality Representative / Manager or similar role, preferably in the medical software industry
* Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and GDPR, while experience in CMMI, SPICE, C5 and medical device regulations is a plus
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in implementing them. Software Engineering Excellence and lean management are a plus
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in English and German is a plus
