We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager Germany (f/m/d) to oversee technical and infrastructural facility management, as well as the maintenance of production facilities and equipment across our German sites. In this pivotal role, you will support our locations, particularly taking on key account responsibilities for our Feucht site. You will lead the technical service team responsible for maintenance and repair at our Berlin, Neuruppin, and Trebur sites. You Will Make an Impact By: Technical and infrastructural facility management as well as maintenance of production facilities and equipment Supporting the German sites with regard to facility management (taking on key account tasks for Feucht) Management of the technical service team (maintenance and repair) at the Berlin, Neuruppin and Trebur sites Service provider and consultant for the Site and Operations Managers and the operational users Planning, execution/monitoring, documentation and reporting of all maintenance work (buildings and production facilities) Management of all optimization, modernization and conversion projects (project management) Planning and budgeting of all activities in the responsible area (cost center responsibility building and area cost center) as well as cost control and tracking Coordination and support of property management (space management) Contract management and management of all technical services and infrastructural building management activities (e.g. cleaning, reception, security, winter services, catering, etc.) Responsible site security manager and emergency manager for the Berlin site Main contact person for external third parties regarding facility management issues and matters Skills You Bring: Master's degree in a technical field of ventilation/air conditioning or QHS&E Engineer Solution-oriented mindset and openness to change Excellent communication skills in both English and German, both written and verbal Language knowledge in French & Spanish preferred Several years of professional experience in facility management Proficient user knowledge of relevant software (SAP-PM, MS-Office) Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
