This role offers a huge variety of possibilities to improve your analytical as well as your sales skills. The responsibilities vary from comparing and interpreting results of competitor funds in the Morningstar Portal to preparing and following up on client meetings. You will work closely with the sales team to support them in their day-to-day job. On the marketing side, you will support a whole range of events and digital marketing activities. Brief summary of core responsibilities Compare and interpret results of competitor funds in Morningstar Portal Prepare all documentation for client meetings (print, update presentations etc.) Send performance-attributions and necessary fund data to clients and prospects Ensure that clients receive regulatory reports and data on time Support with DDQs, RFPs and other questionnaires Screen market for potential prospects and review our website Responsible for tailor-made reporting requests of clients and prospects Translating and reviewing documents and presentations Update and maintenance of our content and partner platforms Add and update client contacts and other details to our CRM Support Event marketing (support for webinars, organization of events and presentations) Desired profile Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Systematic, structured, and meticulous work approach Ambitious, hard-working, driven and capacity to show initiative Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail Ensuring smooth day-to day operations incl. follow-ups, Reliability and team-player personality Very good written and verbal communication skills in English German as native mother tongue or equivalent Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: This commitment starts with senior leaders and extends to every level of the organization.
