This will be your impact: As a Junior Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) you will support our Risk and Senior Risk Managers as well as Portfolio Managers in the Project Finance EMEA business as follows: in the comprehensive new transaction risk analysis for international large value project finance and infrastructure loan transactions with a focus on the European market and provide structuring support to the Origination team. in the management of the underwriting and execution process in liaison with various experts in the transaction team (e.g. Rating, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Asset Management, Operations). in the evaluation of transactions from a risk/return perspective, implement lending authority and present applications to SFS/Siemens Bank Management and Committees. You will do so by e.g., assisting in the preparation of credit reports, completing and maintaining relevant system information by applying a high level of diligence ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with various departments by acting as central point of contact for inquiries from internal functions. Furthermore, the role will include the following tasks: Support in supervising and managing existing transactions in the portfolio, contributing to an initial assessment of creditworthiness and portfolio performance. Support in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc portfolio reports to management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is how you'll win us over: Education: University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Risk, Economics or similar Experience & Skills: You have developed a good financial expertise and have the capability to assess large value transactions, associated risks and perform transaction analysis. You have collected first professional experience in projects and ideally project financing in the fields of Energy or Infrastructure. Moreover, you have sound knowledge of risk management processes/tools, financial modelling as well as documentation and legal aspects of finance. Your intercultural sensitivity helps you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners in an international environment.
