* You are responsible for the conception, organization and administration of training and development programs in the Finsterwalder Group
* We support you in the selection and implementation of a suitable e-learning platform
* You develop and implement comprehensive talent management, including leadership and junior staff programs
* In close coordination with the HR officers and the HR management, you accompany the trainees and dual students
* You support the conception and implementation of strategies for the long-term retention of our employees
* You are the central contact for all aspects of training and further education of employees and managers
* You will manage feedback systems and conduct employee surveys in close cooperation with HR officers and HR management
* You will participate in measures to increase employee satisfaction and to anchor it sustainably
* Together with the HR management, you accompany change processes and organizational development

Required
* Several years of professional experience in HR and extensive knowledge in recruiting, training and personnel development
* Completed degree in business administration, psychology or a comparable further education in the field of training and further education
* Project management and methodological skills, experience in handling administrative HR tasks
* Proficient use of HR software (preferably rexx), knowledge of potential analysis tools (such as BIP, ProfilingValue, etc.), organizational talent and willingness to travel occasionally
* Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and strong empathy and integrity
