Description The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is a central organization providing global support to all sites, all business units to maximize the availability of equipment, properly apply preventative and predictive maintenance (reducing chances of unplanned downtime). We achieve this by developing multiple end-to-end solutions including condition-based monitoring (CBM) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. In other words, we're the people who develop the systems that automate data ingestion, data validation, science and optimization models, and enhance the customer experience by creating the corresponding signals for RME technicians to take action. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain - and we're looking for talented people who want to help. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, research and applied scientists, and other vital roles. You will collaborate with people across RME to help us deliver the highest standards for safety while providing high asset reliability at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee the transition of an AWS sensorization-solution to support tens of thousands of internal customers, and expand to new businesses, new regions, and new sensor types. TPMs within RME lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Along the way, you will use your judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will be able to apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives and core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint. Experience with Quicksight, SIM/Jira, Kanban, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus.
