What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to manage the CE BST Talent Management Team, including the Career Development Team and the HR Business Partner Team. In this role, you will act as a strategic thought partner for our senior HR leadership, supporting Functional Heads and People Managers in driving functional and team development, performance, and employee growth. You will establish the HR Business Partner function as a trusted advisor and primary contact for developmental and HR-related topics (e.g., employee relation cases), supporting approximately 700 FTEs within the BST organization.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing all Career Development (CD)–related activities. This includes carrying out both our annual performance cycle (PDG process), with goal setting and year-end reviews, and our Career Development meetings for Core Staff (CS) and Managing/Directing Staff (MSD) across Central Europe. Additionally, you will take ownership of the annual bonus process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency across all Career Development (CD)–related activities while tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
In addition, you will drive the implementation and alignment of BCG’s compensation philosophy across Central Europe (CE), ensuring consistency, fairness, and coherence with organizational goals. In this context, you’ll align compensation and benchmarking processes for the region, including salary benchmarks, new hire offers, and adjustments tied to CD decisions or annual reviews. This includes preparing comprehensive materials and reports in close collaboration with the People Senior Director to support strategic decision-making.
Finally, you will drive strategic projects, act as a key interface with local, regional, and global Talent Management teams, drive continuous optimization of internal processes and provide mentorship and support to the BST Talent Management Team to ensure long-term capacity planning, flexibility, and quality within the team.
