With our exciting product, we are addressing a significant customer need and empowering our clients to enhance their employer branding. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on hands-on sales while also make strategic decisions and choices, and supporting the sales team to optimise core sales processes and increase efficiency. Your mission will be to lay the foundation for the success of new partnerships through strategic lead generation, outreach, and effective management of customers throughout the entire sales funnel and beyond work in a test-driven approach to optimise your sales funnel (e.g. bringing own ideas for tests such as pricing, deal flow etc.) build strong relationships with your customers and create upsell opportunities through strategic account management support in building up and managing inbound sales structure by effectively collaborating with other teams (Marketing, Product) have an active involvement in optimising and improving core sales process/backbone Your story you have passion for B2B sales you have initial experience in B2B Sales, working across the whole sales funnel you thrive in working with an ambitious in team in an fast-paced environment you enjoy establishing customer contacts by phone you are open to find new solutions and are assertive in implementing them you are eager to improve our process, conversion rates, closing time and generate revenue and growth you have excellent communication skills in dealing professionally with customers and active listening skills including communicating confidently and acting proactively you are resilient you have strong objection handling skills in order to convince potential clients you are able to efficiently manage your time and priorities through great organisational skills you speak German (native or close to native) and English (C1-C2 Level) you value in-person teamwork and are happy to come to our Berlin HQ five days per week What we offer At Knowunity, we’re not here to coast.
