We are looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize how employees access sports and wellbeing activities across multiple countries. * Customer Insight Gathering: You participate in gathering customer insights and extracts customer needs and thus make a valuable contribution to the product strategy and development. You are the owner of NPS campaigns and processes. You support the product team in getting clear ideas and validate innovation concepts.
* Define USP: You define the value proposition for new features with your colleagues from the product and marketing teams, clearly differentiating them from the competition.
* Competitive intelligence: You Conduct detailed studies to follow market trends and best-practices.
* Go-to-market: You design and implement strategies for our key initiatives, taking charge of team training, creating appropriate materials and campaigns, setting up the necessary processes, and defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Product ambassador: Promote post-launch successes, ensure smooth liaison between the various teams along with product managers and assist Marketing teams in the creation of various content.
* Positioning and Messaging: You are responsible for marketing new features and solutions that meet the needs of specific customer segments (companies / partners / members). The full ecosystem is your playground, our products and portals, but also the app store and marketing website needs to be incorporated in your strategy.
* Build the job: As the first Product Marketing Manager in the Wellpass Product team, you will need to define the process and standards for your role. You might align scope, knowledge and rituals with the EGYM Group Product Marketing team but will be autonomous in that role within the Wellpass Business Unit.
Your fitness level
* Experienced marketer: You already have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in (B2B/B2C) product marketing for software products.
* Analytical thinker and communicator: You have strong analytical and communication skills, with expertise in identifying market needs, developing product strategies, and managing product updates
* Collaborative professional: You have already worked with marketing, sales, and product teams to strategically and customer-orientedly position a product
* Trend enthusiast: You like to immerse yourself in topics and develop current market trends with innovative ideas
* Proactive project manager: You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking end-to-end responsibility for projects in a fast-moving environment, actively shaping processes
* Team player: You interact successfully with colleagues in cross-functional teams and foster strong collaborations
* Multilingual communicator: You speak English and German fluently, and speaking French is a plus

* Results-driven collaborator: You will be co-responsible for the adoption rate of these initiatives, working closely with cross-functional squad members
