Integra LifeSciences, a global leader in regenerative medicine, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our Tissue Technologies division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share within Hamburg. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, provide expert product support, and contribute to the advancement of patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of Integra Tissue Technologies products within your assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including1 surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. Provide expert advice on individual therapy approaches in close collaboration with customers. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions. Clinical Support: Provide on-site operating room (OP) support, offering targeted and needs-based product guidance. Offer post-operative support and advice on after-care treatment, including dressing changes. Market Engagement: Represent Integra at industry trade fairs, congresses, and customer events. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and conduct user training programs. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports. Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge. Qualifications and Skills: Successfully completed qualified vocational training (commercial or nursing) or a Bachelor's degree (business, medical technology, or related field) with relevant professional experience. Experience in the sale of medical products and within a hospital environment is advantageous, but not mandatory. Ideally, initial experience in wound management. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proven sales skills and strong negotiation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self motivated and able to work independently. Valid driver's license.
