What to Expect:
* Be the go-to person for onsite IT support, tackling a wide range of technical issues.
* Install, configure, and set up complex IT systems, ensuring seamless integration.
* Manage and maintain IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Perform minor hardware repairs and resolve 2nd level support tickets efficiently.
* Create clear and concise system documentation.
What You Bring:
* Two years of experience in IT support or a degree in IT Systems Integration.
* Solid understanding of software and hardware within a Second Level support context.
* Experience working with ticketing systems and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1).
