In any virtual space, every Like after community interaction leads to a clear result, which is recorded in clear indicators from which a trend can be derived. In the future, this trend will be used to gain clearer insights into many areas of daily life and business around the world.
The users who create the trend will participate financially in the value creation of the content and will also be remunerated through a non-manipulable distribution system of digital goods. This breaks down the traditional power structure in social media networks.

Role Overview: As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at trendhub, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our sales strategy, ensuring that trendhub’s innovative vision reaches and resonates with our target markets. Your leadership will be crucial in building and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role is essential as we embark on redefining social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
* Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
* Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market strategy and customer engagement.
* Drive Revenue: Develop innovative sales initiatives to boost revenue, including partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
* Customer Insights: Utilize customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a CSO or similar, with a track record of driving revenue growth in a technology-driven company.
* Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Industry Experience: Experience in social media, digital media, or related industries is highly desirable.
* Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a dynamic sales team.
* Network: Established network of contacts in relevant industries, with the ability to forge strong partnerships.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
