B2B Customer Experience Manager (all genders welcome) within our CX Strategy & Solution department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
As a B2B Customer Experience Manager (all genders welcome) the main responsible for B2B customer experience, and in line with the DRIVE, CHARGE, CONNECT, WORK regional strategy, you are tasked with designing, integrating, continuously measuring and improving B2B customer journeys across all relevant touchpoints to deliver simple, intuitive and integrated experiences to build the foundations of Kia B2B CX Ecosystem in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
1. Identify B2B customer types and target audiences and standardize customer journeys across touchpoints.
2. Ensure compliance with CX standards and introduce innovations through benchmarking.
3. Assess business requirements and enablers to enhance customer and business value.
Key tasks:
Understand B2B Market and Customers:
4. Translate Kia's European strategy into B2B CX strategies and innovations.
5. Analyze processes across touchpoints and optimize them for B2B user groups.
6. Study acquisition and ownership processes through market and benchmarking studies.
7. Conduct targeted CX customer studies with the CX Intelligence team.
Develop B2B CX Ecosystem Solutions:
8. Design integrated customer journeys aligned with KEU strategy.
9. Identify projects with defined KPIs to establish the CX ecosystem.
10. Deliver initiatives via CX playbooks and design customer satisfaction programs.
11. Recommend solutions to boost ecosystem adoption at sales points.
Steer and Coordinate:
12. Manage B2B CX ecosystem projects and ensure alignment with Kia's goals.
13. Support tailored solutions and integrate front-end and back-end systems.
14. Align NSCs, dealers, and stakeholders with B2B CX strategies.
15. Maintain consistency across all B2B touchpoints in collaboration with CX managers.
Your talents:
Education:
16. University degree in Engineering or Business-related fields. Master constitutes and advantage
Experience:
17. 6-8 years’ experience in either automotive, B2B, Fleet or product marketing solutions
18. Understanding of commercial and operational needs of Fleet and Commercial Vehicles customers and drivers.
19. Ability to translate (future) business requirements into visionary and integrated customer experiences
20. Familiar with data technologies and IT solutions (not expert) to be able to understand the systems landscape and evaluate proposed technical solutions.
21. Strong interpersonal skills, to be able to influence strong internal stakeholders (in KEU, NSC’s and KHQ alike)
22. Visionary thinking with strong self-motivation
23. International exposure to diverse and matrixed organizations in a global company
Skills:
24. Ability to drive international projects with good presentation skills
25. Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.
26. Great planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines
27. Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
28. Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
29. Fluent in English; an additional European language constitutes an advantage
